What is the location of my private reception?

Three Star Private Receptions are held in a private lounge on either the first or second deck.

Will a microphone be available for my use?

Yes! Use of one cordless microphone is complimentary for private events. Additional microphones are available for an additional charge.

Will the feature entertainment be in my privately chartered room?

Yes! Exclusive dinner package events include your own musician and feature show in your private room.

May I bring my own playlist (on iPhone, iPod or Android) and plug into your system?

Yes. Pre-arrangement is required.

May I bring my own food or beverages to the ship?

We’re sorry. No outside food or beverage is allowed.

May I purchase additional beverages for my group?

Yes, additional drinks may be purchased with cash or credit card and paid at the end of your cruise. For a worry-free event, we recommend pre-arranging this with your event sales manager. You may also pre-arrange bottles of wine and champagne.

What is your payment / cancellation policy for private events?

All Deposits / Payments: are non-refundable and based on estimated final or minimum count, and are in effect at the time of booking. Non-payment subjects your reservation to cancellation.

Is gratuity included in my private event?

Gratuity is not included and is at the discretion of the party.

May I bring my own centerpiece?

Yes. Pre-arrangement is required, and some restrictions apply; consult with us.
