The naturalists were very knowledgeable about the whales and gave good info to the guests. We saw several humpbacks, and followed a mother and calf for a while. Definitely worth the money. This early cruise fit our schedule and allowed us to have the rest of our day free.
For the price it totally met our expectations. We saw whales and it was a smooth ride. The ship had multiple decks so there were plenty of places along the side of the ship to easily see the sights and whales.
This tour is a must! Why?? The Aloha spirit that the entire team gave each & every guest! I felt like I was on a luxurious week long trip- not just 2 hours! We DID see whales - a mom w her baby & another breached the water as of to say hello! I’ve been on smaller boats for sightseeing tours - being up higher gives a VERY different perspective.
