The Star of Honolulu is located at Aloha Tower Marketplace, Pier 8, a 15-minute drive from Waikiki. If you are coming by yourself, please check in at the Star of Honolulu at least 45 minutes prior to departure.

Do you have a dress code?: For dinner cruises, we recommend resort elegant or casual. Short pants and flip flops are not recommended. For our daytime whale watch cruise, casual attire and shorts are fine. We also recommend comfortable shoes, sunglasses and sunscreen.
Is tip included?: Tips are not included and are completely at the discretion of the guest. If you enjoyed our service, feel free to leave a tip and fill out our comment card or review us on TripAdvisor.
Do you offer transportation services?: Yes. Round-trip motorcoach transportation is available from major Waikiki hotels a nominal fee. Additional usage fee applies for some hotels.
What is your cancellation policy?: Cancellations or changes for parties of 1-9 guests may be made up to 24 hours prior to your cruise departure, without charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours or “no showing” on your cruise date will result in a full charge. To cancel or make changes to your reservation, please call 808-983-7730 using your confirmation number as a reference. For parties of 10 or more, please inquire for our group cancellation policy.
Is the Star of Honolulu® wheelchair accessible?: Yes. The Star of Honolulu® is Hawaii’s only ADA compliant ship with boarding ramps, 2 elevators to accommodate wheelchairs. Please advise your reservationist upon making reservations.
