Yes! Groups of 10 or more guests receive a 10% discount on both adult and child rates.

Note: This discount cannot be combined with other promotions. It does not apply to transportation or enhancements. Full payment must be made using a single credit card.

As soon as you’re ready to book, complete the Group Fun Request Form, call 808-983-7736, or email GroupFun@starofhonolulu.com and a reservationist will assist you.

We understand plans can change. Here’s how it works:

Payment/Cancellation Policy for 10-29 Guests

• Confirmation: with 100% payment. Refundable until 15 days prior.
• 15 Days Prior: 50% cancellation charge.
• 72 Hours Prior: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the activity or no-show will result in a full cancellation charge.

Payment & Cancellation Policy for 30 or More Guests

• Confirmation: with 10% payment. Refundable until 30 days prior.
• 30 Days Prior: 40% payment is due. 50% cancellation charge.
• 72 Hours Prior: Balance of 50% payment is due. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the activity or no-show will result in a full cancellation charge.

We recommend finalizing your guest count early to ensure availability and flexibility.

Yes. Round-trip motorcoach transportation is available from major Waikiki hotels for a nominal fee. If your hotel is not listed among the designated pickup locations, please select the nearest available option. We can also arrange exclusive transportation for groups of 30 or more.
